TRAVEL.com is currently a 100% privately held and profitable entity which markets travel services on the Internet. We have been building a profitable Internet business model and therefore all expansion of TRAVEL.com to date has been funded internally.

As this moment, TRAVEL.com does not have any plans in motion to take the company public. Accordingly, there are no opportunities (nor have there ever been to date) to purchase stock or securities in TRAVEL.com.

We are open-minded and thus will, naturally, constantly evaluate the ever-changing business environment for opportunities to make TRAVEL.com grow faster. But, again, we currently have no plans in place to allow for the purchase of stock or securities in TRAVEL.com.
